Quality Italian fashion fabrics since 1961

In 1961 a twenty-six year old man named Fausto Peverelli founded La Fotoserica in the cradle of the ancient tradition of silk textiles; Como, Italy. From the outset this ambitious young man was determined to compete with only the best fabric producers.

La Fotoserica quickly gained a reputation for producing the highest standard of fabrics thanks to its unique artisinal production methods and continuous use of the latest technological innovations available.

Fausto’s vast knowledge and experience of Como’s unique textile heritage has been passed down to his children; Davide, Cristina and Andrea. Each has inherited his passion for excellence and his determination to keep La Fotoserica at the forefront of the industry, in particular by embracing and applying sound ecological values that respect the environment. Only certified ecological products are used and manufacturing is driven by solar energy.
